Jacob Lanoue
Camp Director

Jacob is well experienced in what makes Units and Scouts go!

This will be Jacob’s fourth year as Camp Director.  Previously, he served as our Program Director at Hinds.  Jacob is York District’s Activity Chair, an assistant Scoutmaster and a Venturing Crew Advisor. One our council’s best activity planners, Jacob is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow.

Jacob is a graduate of Scouting America’s National Camping School (NCS) in both Program and Camp Director,  and has been an NCS staffer as Section Director for both the Camp Director and Program Director sections.

Favorite Hinds memory: Delivering what was left of a perfectly soaked peanut butter and jelly sandwich to a waiting Scoutmaster on the docks during a camp-wide game!
